RIDDLE THREE-- Due Saturday morning

Start with: THE UNEXPECTED TASK
Move the last four letters to the front
Replace the middle letter with the last letter of Harry’s cousin’s first name.
Delete any instances of either initial of Nymphadora’s father.
Change the initials of the Ravenclaw who had nine Os on his OWL exams the year before the trio to the initials of a Hufflepuff whose mother was killed during her sixth year.  Move the first letter of the last name of the Hogwarts High Inquisitor in between that Hufflepuff’s initials.
Add the word OWL to the front.
Delete the letter on either side of the center letter.
Replace the first letter of the last name of the Irish Quidditch team’s Seeker with the initials of a Ravenclaw Quidditch commentator.
Replace the last letter of the first name of Draco’s Death Eater aunt with the letter that comes before it in the alphabet
Take the initials of the Gryffindor Keeper before Ron where they appear next to each other.  Switch them.
Replace the first letter of the last name of the Slytherin Quidditch captain in Harry’s sixth year with the letter that precedes it in the alphabet.
Take the initials of a wizard who has worked in the Prime Minister’s office, and who wears a gold hooped earring.  Wherever his first initial appears, delete it.  Move all instances of his last initial to the front.
Take the initials of a red-haired wizard who wears horn-rimmed spectacles.  Wherever his first initial appears, delete it.  Replace all instances of his last initial with the last letter of the first name of his oldest brother.
Invert the letters.

Sorry for the delay; I fell asleep last night instead of posting!  This riddle is due 48 hours from the posting, which is Wednesday night. 
Riddle One Summary:
MINISTRY: 11.5 points
DA: 0 points
DEs: 0 points


While the Death Eaters remain without cohesion, and Dumbledore's Army is blissfully engaged in their OWL preparation, the Ministry begins making plans for any impending altercation.  Taking cues from an inquiry that they established, they eliminate Cornelius Fudge as Minister of Magic and replace him with the stalwart Claudius Greengrass, a Slytherin determined to prove that not all serpents flock to the Dark Lord.  Greengrass, for all his cleverness, is still influenced by some of the older pureblooded Slytherin families -- he finds it hard to believe that some of his classmates would follow the one he considers to be a madman. 

Still, under Greengrass' guidance, the Wizarding World looks to be headed for stability.  But only time will tell whether the Death Eaters will make a stand...

Dumbledore's army, still unaware of what is going on, continue their daily lives.  But the Death Eaters have begun to organize.  Voldemort has returned, although he has been unable to call anyone but his most loyal followers back to him.  They are plotting to engage more, but first they must build their strength.

Meanwhile, the Ministry is beginning to prepare.  Greengrass has sensed through some Dark Detectors that hard times may be coming.  He begins asking aides to draw up plans for defense of crucial Ministry interests, as well as to start designing pamphlets to be distributed that will cover any eventuality.  They work quietly to avoid a panic, but the Ministry is getting ready.
